What Causes Itchy Bumps Around Vagina After Sex?

I had sex with my boyfriend without a condom,and i forgot to pee after. My vagina hurt the next day in the spot the penis goes in. The days after that until now its been itchy with red bumps around it but none like in my actual vagina. i do shave it and some look like theres hair in it but others dont and are in spots i didnt shave. its been a week and it s still itchy and has the bumps but its kinda better. Do you have any idea what it could be? Will it go away by itself?
