I have small itchy bumps that appear on my arms, thighs and sometimes neck. They appear only if I scratch them, as long as they re left alone they go away fairly quickly about 30min to 2 hours. The area around the bump can be red if I ve scratched it, but the bump itself generally stays flesh colored. Is it something I need to worry about, or just continue to ignore?
Hi. As per your case history you are having urticaria. My treatment advice is - 1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors. 2. Don't take any medication without consulting a doctor as it may worsen the condition. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
