What Causes Itchy Bumps On My Hands?

Hi. My stool has been black for the past 2/3 days. Also, my hands has the bumps that are itchy. when the skin on my hand is pulled tight you see the bumps. they are also, on my fingers. then when i try to relax, my whole body just feels itchy.
