What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Back?

I've been getting one to three bumps appear on my back and they disappear within the same day. They itch a little bit at first but nothing major. I don't know if something is biting me, or if it might be an allergy. I look to see if anything is there, like a bug and I never see anything or feel anything biting me. I'm 27, 5'8, and weigh between 105-115 lbs.
