Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:
1. Generally speaking, allergy to refined sugar is rare. A sugar is a pure
carbohydrate and allergies can develop towards proteins.
2. In your case, I would think of an
allergic reaction to some additive (preservative/other chemicals) used in the refined sugar that you are using.
I would suggest you to change the company/source of refined sugar that you are using and try a small amounts and watch for symptoms. If you don't have symptoms, I would think your reactions were due to additives.
3. I would also suggest you to observe your symptoms pattern carefully so that any other food causing such reaction can be thought of and avoided.
4. For your symptoms, I would suggest you to take an antihistamine like
cetirizine or
fexofenadine or
hydroxyzine on as-and-when-needed basis.
Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.
Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.
Wish you the best of the health ahead.
Thank you & Regards.
