What Causes Itchy, Crawling And Stinging Feeling In Back And Neck?
I have dilemma. My husband has seen a dermatologist a couple of times for itching on the back of his neck and an ointment was prescribed. It is not stopping the itching. It seems worse when he is stressed. He said it feels like something is crawling on his neck and a stinging excruciating itch. I am thinking this is not a surface skin problem. I don t even know where to go to have this checked.

consult a psychiatrist, is your husband is diabetic?? if so diabetes Mellitus is the most common cause for non specific itching check his renal and hepatic parameters if normal visit psychiatrist
