What Causes Itchy Cysts On The Scrotum And The Penis?
Sir,I am an 18 year old guy and have been experiencing problems in my groin region for a couple of weeks.Certain cysts have developed on my scrotum and are now developing on the penis as well.The region is extremely itchy.There are also some sort of inflammations near the region which seem different than the cysts at the scrotum.I had earlier experienced a huge inflammation near the same region which was coupled with puss discharge,after which all this started.

It can be a Fordyce spot. Other possibilities are fungal infection and scrotal scabies. You can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
