What Causes Itchy Foreskin On Penis After Having Unprotected Sex?

I am a 20 year old 6'2 male and I weigh 180lbs. I had unprotected sex 7 weeks ago and the following day my foreskin was itchy. 10 days after having unprotected sex I had slight inflammation on the foreskin of my penis as well as what looks like skin discoloration on the head with slight inflammation. The skin is not sensitive or painful but feels different. Also I feel discomfort when urinating that stops and goes while pooping. I had these same problems a month ago and used a hydro cortisone cream and the inflammation seemed to go away. now a month later i am having the same problems that looks identical to the last time. I was checked for herpes when the inflammation occurred the first time and when the symptoms came back I went to a different health clinic and both said it appeared to be a contact dermatitis. I am concerned it may be something more since the problem is recurring and the inflammation looks identical and is recurring.
