What Causes Itchy Nipples Along With Leaking Fluid From Nipples?

I am a 51 yr old male with very itchy nipples that leak a clear fluid when I scratch them(both). I ve had this for over a month now. Getting very worried. They are also very swollen and sensitive to the touch. Sometimes this subsides but then it returns. What is this??

Either an abscess or a hormonal imbalance, nothing too serious for now but I would recommend a visit to your doctor for further evaluation. Do not feel embaressed by it and do not delay further evaluation.
