What Causes Itchy Nipples With Red Bumps Oozing White Discharge?

I am 49 years old and have been haveing itchy nipples with red bumps, when squeezed, white wormy stuff comes out? This has been going on for a few years but getting worse. I had a partial hysterectomy about 7 years ago due to pre cancer cells in my cervix. 2 years ago I had basal cell carcinoma removed off my face. Cancer is in both sides of my family so I m really concerned about thesebreast problems I m having? Is it normal for my age?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. It is not normal to have itchy lesions and discharge from the breasts. I suggest you to consult an oncologist and get properly examined, investigated including mammography and biopsy, if needed, and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
