What Causes Itchy Nipples With White Discharge?

Hi! I need advice. I had itchy left nipple few weeks ago and when I squeezed it I had white discharge - not liquidy, but in texture like puss from acne, tooth paste like. After it hurt for several days. I had an utrasound exam and doctor said that all is fine.Today I had itchiness again, and after squeezing again small amount of white discharge with light blood on the end - same like acne.thanks in advance
