What Causes Itchy Nodules And Red Spots On The Body?
I have nodules under the skin on my arms, legs back and chest that swell and itch. I also have blotchy red spots that develop in those areas that itch as well. Have been through routine allergy testing and nothing found but known allergy to ragweed. Checked for allergy to latex and it was negative. Discontinued HCTZ as it has been known to cause hives and itching. Symptoms continue. Every couple of days I need to take 50 mg of benadryl before I go to bed and it seems to help somewhat.

As the first line of management, you can take antihistamines like Pheniramine for symptomatic relief.
If the lesion persists despite taking antihistamines, you have to consult a physician and get evaluated to look for possible causes like vasculitis.
