What Causes Itchy Rash On Tailbone Area?
I have had a itchy rash on my tailbone for many months now. It has red bumps that get worse when I itch them, but the skin also appears discolored, kind of yellowish. I ve tried anti fungal creams and hydrocortisone but nothing has treated this. I can t find anything online that resembles this, particularly the yellowish skin. Any ideas?

The area you have mentioned is a common site for two problems .
Either you have developed a fungal infection in the area or it is a chronic eczema .
Now management varies according to the problem .
Fungal infection needs to be managed by regular application of Topical antifungals along with oral antifungal agents .
Chronic eczema needs to be controlled by topical steroids and antihistamines.
