I have had a rash around my anus which is very itchy and swollen both sides I went to doctors and was told sweat rash and he gave me cream the cream as had no affect, I do suffer with piles but are only mild since I have had this swollen rash they are much worse and I am also leaking from my anus not bleeding just like water the rash as now spread to my testicals and I have what look like red blisters on my testicals it s as if it s spreading throughout my anus and testicals area it s very very itchy nothing that the doctor as given me as made the slightest difference if anything it s got worse what advice can you please give me I have had it for about 2 weeks now and only getting worse...

Eczema, Lichen Simple Chronicus, excessive sweating, Ring worm (jock itch), Yeast infection, worm infestation, irritation dermatitis due to oozing of an anal lesion or an external application over anus are few common causes of anal itching. A Dermatologist with a careful examination and investigation will be able to diagnose the same and will treat the same with appropriate drugs. So consult your Dermatologist. Dr S.Murugan
