What Causes Itchy Rashes Like Insect Bite On My Skin?

I have what look like insect bites developing all over my body first on my foot then on my waist next on my arm now back on my legs they become very itchy and when I scratch them they bleed yet are raised with a little hole in the middle they started a month ago and because I scratch them they scar and the spot then becomes a bigger scar feels like something is biting me

good morning..you seem to have got papular urticaria. take an antihistaminic tablet once at night for a week. also u can apply cream containing a mid potent steroid and an antibiotic twice a day for a week...use a mild soap preferably a syndet soap....
