Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

From your history and description, I would consider the possibilities of an irritant dermatitis ( secondary to contact from solvents at work) and also a sunlight induced allergy called ploymorphic light eruption.

You could continue using 1% hydrocortisone cream twice a day.

Use a sunscreen on exposed areas every 4 hours.

Take an antihistamine like benadryl at bedtime for 10 days.

See a doctor if symptoms do not improve in 10 days time.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
