Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, she is suffering from viral pharyngitis with lower respiratory tract infection with a rash.

It may take 7-10 days to recover. Give her plenty of liquid orally and allow her to take rest.

Use tab. Paracetamol according to her body weight and antibiotics if necessary.

Possible with scarlet fever, roseola, mums or respiratory syncytial viruses or flu, etc.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
