I have read your question and understand your concern. itchy red rashes can be either due to fungal infection or eczema. but blisters are commoner in eczema. if such a patient visited my clinic I would do a fungal scraping to confirm my Diagnosis and then treat accordingly. scraping is a small office procedure. it s painless and takes only few minutes. the treatment for eczema and fungal infection are totally different, so we cannot start you on treatment till we have a definite Diagnosis.
