I have these red bumps on my finger. Tiny ones. I had three but now it seems one has receded into my skin, but the other two are itchy, and I had a couple on my ankle and also one on my chest. I wear a ring all the time on the finger with the bumps so I could see how maybe sweating with the ring on could irritate my finger but that doesn't explain my ankle or chest ones. What could these be?
