my sister has been getting these bites...nobody knows what they are...they start out as little red bumps then they itch..become like welps...then blister..some clear blissters...some red like blissters...they bust...then scab over...she was given antibootics for ten days and a cream,,,its been like almost two weeks and now she is getting new bites....what is it?
