What Causes Itchy Scalp And Hair Loss?

I am suffering from hair problem for last 4 to 5 yrs.. Having urge to scratch the scalp and after that a white substance like paste of dandruff come out in my nails.. also having hair loss problem.. i guess this problems causes hair loss.. Tried everything but nothing happened ... somebody suggested me to have zocon tablets for 6 weeks , continuously applying Nizral shampoo, but problem remains same..

I would suggest you to use ketoconazole + salicylic acid combination shampoo, 3 times a wk initially. You can apply the shampoo over scalp and leave it for 3 -5 mins before you wash.
