What Causes Itchy, Sore And Dry Vagina Along With Abdominal Pain?

hi i went doctors monday cos i itchy and sore also very dry down below the doc prescribed creams for thrush which i not used yet im thinking something else is going on i have really bad pain during sex then my lower abdominal pain when i move about i started getting brown discharge last night which is worrying me also i not eating properly
