What Causes Itchy Spot Near The Clitoris?

I recently had sexual intercourse with a friend who tells me he does not have any STI s since he is checked regularly. (I am also STI free and have only had 4 other sex partners in my life) [Just a side note: I had issues becoming lubricated for some time during foreplay and was just over my period hours before peinal/vaginal intercourse. The day after I noticed that my clitoris was a little sore and assumed it was from vigorous oral sex the day before. A day later I noticed one itchy spot near my clitoris on my labia majoria. The itchy spot turned red, began to hurt, and almost looked as if it were a cut (like the sting from a paper cut) The day after I noticed that the sore looked white, almost as if it were an ulcer. Over the next few hours my outer lips began to itch. Upon looking at them i noticed red spots covering my lips where the hair begins to grow on my labia majoria. These bumps became very itchy and looked as though to be small open cuts which stung when I touched them. The (what i think to be) ulcer had white discharge coming from it. I do not have any issues urinating, I do not have body aches or a fever, and my vaginal discharge appears normal as of now. When I wiped after peeing the sores sting and itch and I noticed what appeared to be either a little blood or a yellow-ish color discharge from the spots. I do have an appointment made with my family doctor two days from now but I would like an opinion based on what I had just told you. I have done in depth research and it appears as though I may have genital herpes. I however, at the same time am skeptical based on the fact that nor myself or him have an STI. (Nor did I ever have a cold sore on my mouth or spot on my genitals) I would also like to note that for the past two months I have been heavily training in the gym. I have been trying out different pre-workouts, proteins, and BCAA s. I do not wear underwear when I train and there are days when I come out of the gym without showering. I am thinking perhaps this too may be helpful or a determinant of my issue (bacterial?) I am highly stressed out over this issue because it is both embarrassing and terrifying. I have never experienced this before. Therefore any information or answers as possible diagnosis would be very helpful! As I mentioned my doctor appointment is in two days but I would like an opinion as to what this may be.
