What Causes Itchy Spots All Over Body?
hello Dr, I just wanted to ask about my skin. I just finished work and went to get into the shower and found my body covered with hive like spots that are very itchy. I work as a chef in remote locations in australia, do you think the bore water could be to blame?

you may have developed urticaria.
it is an allergic disease, mainy by due to triggoring factors, as you mentioned may be due to water, so the best would be if you could avoid it,
or you can have a tab of antihistaminics like levocitrizine 5 mg at night.
and go for some allergen patch test , that can help you.
