What Causes Itchy Spotting All Over The Body?

im , 25 , healthy weight , 5,9 female , my symptoms are small raised spots appearing all over my body filled with a clear fluid , they don t itch and pop with very little pressure. i have had no other symptoms apart from a slight head ache and they have be appearing over the past 48 hours.

Hello,

As per your case history, you are having viral exanthem. My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, topical steroid cream given only after consulting a dermatologist.
