Hello Doctor, I do not have insurance but am con concerned that i may have a bigger problem than it seems. I have so symptoms such as having a yeast infection but no discharge that i have noticed. Kind burning and a little itching but not much itching. Kinda feels like someone scratched my vagina. As I wipe after using the restroom there is sometimes a drop of blood on the tissue but never on my under clothes. It doesn t burn when i use the restroom either. Is there anything i can use over the counter? Thanks
A yeast infection is possible but we cannot assume it without proper investigation of the genitalia and also your urine and a vaginal swab test.
But in the meantime, you can drink plenty of water, take several sitz baths with Epsom salt in it, drink 1 glasses of water with 1 tbsp of baking soda several times a day and cranberry juice as tolerated.
Please do consider visiting a doctor and avoid sexual contact in all forms. You can also try to use clotrimazole vaginal cream twice a day in the region.
Best wishes
