What Causes Itchy White Bumps On Hands?
I have tiny white bumps - like a rash on the backs of my hands and fingers. Each has a tiny white spot in the middle. The hands are achy - the skin is dry. I had these a month ago and was given steroids to dry them up - but never found out what they were. They seem to be coming back. Then on my legs - I see what appears to be tiny circles made of the little rash spots that are NOt like the ones on the fingers

According to your complaints it seems to be insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
Apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
