What Causes Itchy White Spots Around Anal Hole?

hi i have 3 small white spots around my anal hole. I have engaged in anal sex but with my partner who is clean of everything as I am (we have both been tested and stayed faithful). I am wondering what these could be, they are tiny and I only started to realise are slightly itchy since noticing them (so I dont know if i m imagining it)

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed fungal infection.
The area of groin around anus is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
