What Causes Jelly Like Infections In Eye

I have jelly like around my left eyes since yesterday, I am from Seychelles the eye clinic doctor gave me antibiotic drops to use, but my eye condition remains the same. I check on internet it is said it is vitraous detachment, do I continue with antibiotic drops or I stop my eye is now very reddish too

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having acute eye infection in the form of acute conjunctivitis. The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops. Hence your doctor is right in giving antibiotic eye drops and you need to continue it.
If it is not responding you need to use antiinflammatory drugs along with antibiotics.
