Hello It seems from the history that you are having acute eye infection in the form of acute conjunctivitis. The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops. Hence your doctor is right in giving antibiotic eye drops and you need to continue it. If it is not responding you need to use antiinflammatory drugs along with antibiotics.
Thank you
