Hello,
Welcome to health care magic,

This type of jelly like discharge could be because of acute cystitis or UTI.

Do you have any other symptoms like burning during urination, lower abdominal pain or fever which would help us to arrive at a certain conclusion.

You need to be examined by urologist for detailed medical history and thoroughly clinical examination to get ruled out any other kidney or urinary pathology.

You might require antibiotics (quinolones specially levofloxacin in high dose or amixocillin with clavulanic acid) to combat urinary infection (if detected) completely with other symptomatic treatment.

So,kindly consult to urologist immediately for further examination.
