What Causes Joint Pain,brown Spots And Raised Bilirubin?

29 yr old female. Petechiae, joint pain, spider veins, brown spots, high bili, high calcium, otherwise normal cbc, nausea, headaches, fatigue. Symptoms started about 6 weeks ago with petechiae about 3 weeks ago (doesn t seem to be fading and get more every day). Lupus, RA and ANA all negative. Dr stumped, I just don t feel right, should I be worried?

your current scenario points towards hemochromatosis.
further evaluation needed.

serum iron, ferritin levels, genetic testing for hemochromatosis and liver biopsy maybe taken to rule out hemochromatosis.
