What Causes Joint Pains And Trouble Controlling Bladder?

I had a hysterectomy in sept 2012. Uterus and both ovaries. Since then I have experienced a lot of joint pain and I am not on any hormones. I am also having trouble controlling my bladder. Could the pain I have been feeling all over my body be due to no hormone therapy?

If both ovaries are removed than it is better to take hormonal therpy and regular calcium. If there is difficulty in bladder control get a urodynamic study and check if there is nerve related problem or it can be due to some other causes.
