Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. While considering the symptoms you mentioned, you are most likely having a polyarthritis. A systemic arthritis like Rheumatoid arthritis should be ruled out in such case.Do you have joint stiffness in morning? Those who have rheumatoid arthritis will have stiffness more than half an hour.Complete blood count and RA factor tests should be done.In case of systemic arthritis ESR will be increased and anemia might be present also.If it is rheumatoid arthritis then DMARD therapy , exercises and physiotherapy will help. Treatment with monoclonal antibodies like infliximab and rituximab is giving very good outcome. But it is expensive.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
