Please perform a
blood test to rule out RA. If the test is positive then RA could be the diagnosis, but if it's negative then we need to look out for other factors like
nerve impingement.
An
MRI will be advised and post which the treatment shall begin with anti-inflammatory Medications or pain killers.
In either of the case above - I will advice you to use cervical soft collar, do hot water fermentation, perform static neck exercises, shoulder stabilization exercises, inter-scapular muscle strengthening exercises, upper limb strengthening exercises, core stability exercise, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises, static Quadriceps, static
hamstring, straight leg raise etc to improve the
joint stability and muscle strength.
