My vit D is at 11. I m on 50,000iu×1wk. My bones hurt my muscles hurt. My hands are cold and feet my arms are very heavy and weak. I m so tiered. My thyroid is fine. I feel like I have some neuropathy going on. Is it protacal to add magnisium with D3.

Consult a rheumatologist and get evaluated. It may be an early phase of arthritis. As of now analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol can be taken for pain relief.
