What Causes Jumpy Vision While Walking In Bright Sunlight?
My vision becomes jumpy when the sunlight bounces back of a car windshield or a chrome bumper. This can also happen when I walk into bright sunlight. Light seems to be the trigger. I then get a mild headache and feel lethargic. What is happening here?
