What Causes Kidney Cyst And Mild Hydronephrosis?
My husband had a ct scan for a complex kidney cyst and the findings list other issues such as splenic calcifications mild hydronephrosis bilaterally cyst measures 3cm trabeculated distended urinary bladder with apparent bladder outlet obstructive changes and mild obstructive uropathy bilaterally. Other things are mentioned in the report. Should I be concerned?

obstructive uropathy means there is a blockage in his urinary tract which is obstructing the flow of urine from kidneys to outsise n as there is obstruction urine is getting collected inside kidneys which is called as hydronephrosis i.e a swoolen kidney
