What Causes Knee Pain After Taking Betnosol Forte?

Hello , thi is Puneet My mother have skin alergy and prescribed Betnosol forte along with antialergic ( levozine- citrizine ) . Though alergy is controlled but she is suffering from Knee pain for the last two three days . And this pain occurs only in night . Day time therre is no pain . She is ptrescribed to take 3x5 , 2x5 & then 1x5 doses of betnosol . It is almost a week and this pain occuring . Is it due to Betnosol ? She has already drooped to take these steroids any more and now only applying coconut oil on skin. Kinldy suggets . Regards Puneet Sharma

betnosol is a steroid that is used to treat allergy in your mother's case.
the use of steroid is known to cause osteoporosis( bone loss) and sometimes avascular necrosis of knee joint( decrease blood supply to knee joints) in few cases. so avoid steroid and consult a good physician and get treated for allergy
