I saw your explanation, here i would like to inform you once right knee replacement is done again pain will not come back as it was for knee oasteo arthritis. Here the pain is from back to your legs along with numbness means there is problem at your lumbar spine. I recommend to do MRI scan of lumbar spine and then visit orthopedic doctor. Now if report shows more damage at spinal level then doctor will suggest you surgical management and if there is no major problem here doctor will suggest you for conservative management with physio treatment and medication. Here physio treatment will help to relax your soft tissue and reduce inflammation. And the physio exercise will help you to improve strength and stamina of your spinal soft tissue. You can also use hot and cold pack at your painful area. This will also help to get pain relief with relaxing effect on soft tissue.
