What Causes Knee Pain And Stiffness?
I get sharp knee pain whenever I sit with my knee bent for prolonged periods (ie in cinema/car/planes), and it becomes so severe that I absolutely have to stretch it out. My knee also gets very stiff and sore after sport. I am 22 years old, weigh 13 and a half stone and I had osgood schaltter syndrome for several years as a teenager (and still have the lump)
