hello,
I have studied your case. 11 mm lesion in proximal tibia can be any of the following.
1.Fibrous dysplasia- abnormality of bone which is not serious, most common. Can be ignored
2.GCT- It can be lytic lesion seen in proximal tibia.
3.It can be a osteoid osteoma. It can be confirmed with biopsy only.
Please send me your MRI report as these type of lesions are dangerous and should not be taken lightly.I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
