What Causes Knee Pain Radiating To Back After A Car Accident?
hi, i got into a car accident 2 months ago, a couple of days ago my knee was swollen and was very painful to bend and walk. if i rely too much on my left leg i get a shooting pain in my back, and my doctor can not figure out the pain of my knee, can this be from the accident?
As due to the accident it will be in the sitting position inside and has damaged some soft tissue in the knee as well as the lower back. This is one of the commonest thing happens in car accident.
Having an MRI of knee and lower back should yield some insights to the soft tissues pathology at the respective joint. Doing hot water fermentation to back and knee is advised.
Core stability exercise, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, static Quadriceps and static hamstring along with hip strengthening exercises should yield good results.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
