HI, I AM SANJAY FROM GWALIOR. LAST YEAR I GOT HEALTH CHECK UP IN APPOLO HOSPITAL , EVERY THING WAS NORMA EXCEPT BP IN THE RANGE OF 145/85 & S URIC ACID 7.2 . I AM TAKING CONCOR AM 2.5 MG . PRESENLY I HAVE KNEES PAIN AND I ( OCCASIONALLY SP. IN EVENING) FEEL CHANGE IN HEART BEAT RYTHEM , MORE URINE FEQUENCY AND URGE TO URINATE , MUSCLE STIFFNESS IN LEGS .PL SUGGEST ME WHAT WE HAVE TO DO . TJAKS AND REGARDS

Hello,

I would explain that your symptoms (knee pain, stiffness in the legs) could be related to high uric acid levels.

For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and checking uric acid plasma levels, coupled with inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

Regarding the urge to urinate and the increased urinary frequency, I recommend performing renal function tests, coupled with a urinary tract ultrasound.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
