What Causes Knot On The Collar Bone?
I have a knot on the inside corner of my collar bone. It is not painful, however I have felt as if I have a kink in my neck and shoulder for about 10 months now. I experience pain in my right arm about 2 inches above my wrist on the left side of the front of my arm. The knot has appeared only within the last week or so.

1. a lymph node due to chronic infection in local area; however, it could be related to tuberculosis or cancer in elderly people
2. benign lesions like lipoma, neurofibroma, sebaceous cyst etc...
Therefore, you need a simple needle biopsy for confirmation; regards!
