What Causes Knots Below The Ears And Blisters On The Hands?

I have a knot below my left ear in front also knots in neck left side I'm sickley dizzy with ear infection I received a cat scan with dye afterwards I got the infection iv had the knot for two year's before the knot I had headache in my right temple for four months or so but after the headache passed I got infection on my right hand by fishing a hook polked it swelled up with lots of pain within hours went through a chan of doctors ended up at a dermatologist I was sent to pump out a pint of blood every two weeks for two year's or more my hands blister up I have hepatitis c my Laval's or in stage one help me please figer out this puzzle I'm not usually a sickle Pearson
