What Causes Knots On The Inner Upper Thigh?
i get these knots on my inner upper thigh, sometimes they swell up so bad I have to get them lanced. I get them all the time usually close to time of menstral. Usually every 4-6 months I have on come up like a golf ball, thats when I go to the doctor. They never tell me what it is.

It seems that you might be having enlarged inguinal lymph nodes due to chronic infection in surrounding area.
During menstrual period there might be having poor local hygiene will lead to infection causing enlarge lymph nodes.
Keep local hygiene dry, clean and airy, particular during period.
