Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Firstly, I need to know some more details like your age, coffee or tea consumption, sleep hours, burning stomach or any other medical condition you forgot to mention.

There are many reasons for loss of appetite (LOA). This can be because of simple reasons like excess coffee consumptions, irregular and unhealthy diet habits, gastritis, and psychological causes or can be diseases like thyroid problem, etc.

If your answer is yes for above questions try to correct them. Still you face a problem then approach a physician for help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. C H Ranjith Kumar
