hi I have a friend that is 51 years old , he has just admitted to me that he has a urinating problem. He has no control over when and where he urinates. Tonight we were standing at a braai and suddenly the urine just started comming out and flowing. He is very stuborn and does not want to go to a doctor as he is scared he might have some kind of cancer. What could this be and what can we give him to help with this problem or to find out exactly what it is.
It is probably not cancer. Maybe neurological or prostate condition. Whatever it is, it is most likely treatable. He should have a physical exam and flow dynamics.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you.
