What Causes Lack Of Lubrication During Intercourse?
I'm 42 & my wife is 36, during intercourse we (both) don't discharge lubrication mostly. at that time we are using simply oil for lubricating, before i'course we are doing full foreplay, but most of times lubrication is myself only & my wife is rarely. What can I do ? pl.sugggest.
First of all, men do not normally produce lubrication from the tip of their penis until shortly before ejaculation, so needing to use an external lubricant during foreplay is not unusual and can aid in comfort and satisfaction.
There are numerous factors that can affect the level of lubrication that women have during intercourse. The degree of arousal can be one factor, however many women may not become fully lubricated until immediately before or right after orgasm. Many couples who've been in a relationship for a long time also may not have the same degree of arousal before initiating sex as they might have earlier in their relationship, which can also contribute to and cessation of dryness initially when beginning intercourse. Also, if your wife is using any type of hormonalcontraception, vaginal dryness can be a side effect.
So in summary, using oil for lubrication to aid in both yours and your wife's sexual satisfaction does not mean that there is anything physically wrong with you or your wife. Waiting to begin intercourse until your wife has either already had or is about to have an orgasm will increase the chance of full lubrication during sexual intercourse.
