Hi Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic! Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options. please do not worry.please indulge in foreplay for more time with your partner. Try to get relaxed during the sex act. Start intercourse only after sufficient arousal and good lubrication. Observe healthy food and exercise regimen. You do not seem to be having any symptoms and signs of STD, so do not worry. Observe safe sex practice. Ask your partner to wear condom, this will protect you from risk of unwanted pregnancy, and will also protect from STD.
